At Silver Creek Nursery Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
